Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of ValleyCrew Springfield Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Services Provided

ValleyCrew Springfield Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial properties in Springfield, OH and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, walkways, and decorative concrete work.

All services are provided subject to availability, proper site conditions, and weather considerations. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel projects if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for quality concrete work.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Projects must be scheduled within this timeframe to honor the quoted price. Material costs and labor rates are subject to change based on market conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is expected within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Late payments may result in additional fees and suspension of warranty coverage. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project, but actual completion dates may vary due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. Concrete work is weather-dependent and cannot be performed in freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or extreme heat.

We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. You will be notified promptly of any significant delays.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract and vary based on the type of work performed. Warranties cover defects in workmanship but do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, ground settling, or extreme weather events.

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow recommended maintenance procedures and make timely payments. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue.

Property Access and Site Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure utilities are marked before we begin. We are not responsible for underground utilities that are not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies. You are responsible for moving any vehicles, equipment, or belongings from the work area.

Our crew will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, landscaping that interferes with the work area, or damage to unmarked underground utilities.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional costs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the services.

Permits and Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise specified in your contract. We will work with you to ensure all work meets local building codes and regulations, but final compliance is the property owner's responsibility.
